Bored of the Same Routine

Oh... my... Gods... *faints from exhaustion*

I am SOO glad this piece is finally finished... it's been bugging me for the last few days, since I've been torn between doing my homework and completeing this and obvious, the picture won out (my teachers are gonna kill meh... *cries*).

This piece taught me one thing: Backgrounds = Tedious pain in the ass. But, being a perfectionis, I wouldn't have been able to sleep at night knowing I didn't give this my all. I'm not going to say this is a masterpiece (still a n00b to digital art), but I did the best I could.

Obviously this is Invader Zim... and hey look, I finally drew GIR! He's so cute when he's got his paw stuck in who-knows-how-old gum. And Zim is just... bored. And annoyed. It looks like there's nothing to do but take GIR for a walk, since the Dib-stink off at the worm baby summer camp. So he's bored--it's not the same without the entertain--I mean irritating presence of the Dib.

Well, now that this is done, I should probably go do my hw now... or maybe finish the ZADR memes I've started... yeah, I'm never gonna get my lab report done, am I?

Tools: Pencil, Paper (Traditional Sketch), Wacom Bamboo tablet, Photoshop CS3.

Time: I don't remember anymore... um, I put the sketch on the computer on Monday... and it's Sunday... so yeah, lots and lots and lots of hours. ^^
